Definitely. It helps businesses in several ways.

If your target customer intends to deliberately bargain and is willing to buy more at lower prices, the company’s pricing strategy should include discounts and additional preferences.
    Building a better distribution of products. Choosing effective sales channels is included in the marketing strategy. The effectiveness of marketing is determined by a deep understanding of the client base. Young people will prefer online sales with payment on the card in the online store. Customers in adulthood prefer direct communication, and, therefore, you need an office and the staff of the front office.
